Who is responsible

Hindcast is run by NoiseTrader. Contact: noisetrader@hindcast.xyz.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• The link you came from (for example a specific forum post), if you arrived through one of our links. This is a channel label like "reddit-post", never a personal identifier.
• When you signed up, confirmed and unsubscribed, and your current status.

We use no cookies and store nothing on your device. Our traffic statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are aggregate and use no cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To email you about Hindcast's launch and updates, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You give it by joining and confirming your email.
• To know which channels bring people to the waitlist, based on our legitimate interest in running the project (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To protect the form from bots, using Cloudflare Turnstile.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and database and sends our emails.
• Telegram receives a notification with your email address and source when you sign up, so we can follow signups.

We never sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only to make sure we never email you again.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing noisetrader@hindcast.xyz. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
